Who we are, what our numbers mean, and what we do not claim

Every trust claim on this website is defined and sourced on this page — the legal entity behind the brand, how each statistic is counted, who our people are, which builders are empanelled, the exact checks we run, and the limits of our role in a joint venture.

The entity and registration details below are published for transparency. Please verify registration numbers and credentials independently through the official portals linked on this page before relying on them in any legal or financial decision.

Credentials — stated precisely

We would rather say what we are not than let a badge imply something we have not earned.

TN RERA
No company-level RERA registration

RERA registration attaches to a project and its promoter, not to an advisory platform. Where a JV project we coordinate is registrable, the promoter registers it and we publish that project's registration number on the project page. Ask us for the TNRERA number of any specific project and verify it on rera.tn.gov.in.

ISO 9001
Not ISO certified

We do not hold an ISO 9001 certificate. If we obtain one we will publish the certification body, certificate number, scope and validity here.

CREDAI
Not a CREDAI member

Some builders we work with are CREDAI Chennai members. That is their membership, not ours.

How every number on this site is counted

MetricCurrent figureDefinition
Landowners partneredIllustrative example — not a reported company track recordLandowners who signed a written engagement letter or JV agreement with us. It does not count enquiries, calculator users, site visits or WhatsApp leads.
Projects deliveredIllustrative example — not a reported company track record“Delivered” means the building received completion and the landowner took handover of their share. Projects that are only launched, approved or under construction are counted separately and never described as delivered.
Builder partnersIllustrative example — not a reported company track recordBuilders that cleared our published verification checklist and have a current empanelment letter with us. Empanelment lapses annually unless re-verified.
Development value enabledIllustrative example — not a reported company track recordEstimated gross construction cost of projects where a JV agreement has been signed, at the builder's own budgeted cost. It is a projected figure, not revenue and not our income.
Landowner valueIllustrative example — not a reported company track recordEstimated market value of the built area plus cash consideration allocated to landowners under signed JV agreements, valued at the project's launch price. Projected and gross — before tax, brokerage and any unsold inventory risk.

Track-record figures are currently being verified and will be published with methodology and supporting documentation. Any experience described as predating the company belongs to individual team members at previous employers, not to this company.

Who is legally responsible for what

RoleWhoResponsibility
LandownerYouOwns the land, gives development rights under the JV, signs the agreement, retains title to their share.
Builder / promoterEmpanelled construction companyFunds construction, obtains approvals, is the promoter for RERA purposes, builds and sells its share, and is legally liable for delivery.
Property BuilderUsAdvisory and coordination. We introduce and verify builders, structure and document the JV, and monitor progress. We are not the promoter, not the developer and not a party guaranteeing the builder's performance unless a separate written guarantee is signed.
AdvocateYours, or ours on requestTitle opinion and agreement review. You may appoint your own advocate at any time; we recommend you do. Our panel advocate is paid by us and is therefore not independent of us.

Our primary business is a single one: a verified landowner–developer joint venture platform. Buying, selling, valuation and construction coordination are secondary services that support that core. We are not a builder, not a broker of record, and not an investment adviser.

Claim scope and limitations

  • Funding responsibilities are project-specific. Construction may be builder-funded, while taxes, duties, independent advice and owner-specific costs must be itemised before signing.
  • We first acknowledge an enquiry and complete a desk-based preliminary assessment. Any site visit, formal valuation, feasibility report or JV proposal follows an agreed scope after the required legal, technical and market inputs are known; no fixed turnaround is promised in advance.
  • The JV Calculator produces an indicative estimate only. It is not a valuation, an offer, investment advice or a guarantee of project feasibility.
  • A person, company or property is not described as verified until the profile shows the checks completed, source and review date. No public profile-level verification record is currently available.
  • Regulatory checks are scoped to the project: the applicable authority depends on location, land use, project type and size. We coordinate the checks that apply, rather than claiming every project passes through RERA, CMDA and DTCP.
  • Coverage today is Chennai-first. Coimbatore and Madurai are served by appointment; other Tamil Nadu and pan-India pages describe planned coverage, not an existing office.
