What we can prove, what we don't claim, and how we are paid.
A landowner is being asked to commit an irreplaceable asset. That deserves disclosure before persuasion. Everything on this page is stated plainly, including the parts that make us look smaller.
What we do
We work for landowners. We assess development potential, model preliminary project economics, compare development routes, shortlist development partners against a published framework, support commercial discussions, and track agreed milestones through delivery.
What we are not
We are not a broker for buyers, not a developer, not a valuer, not a law firm and not a financial adviser. We do not sign anything on your behalf and we do not replace your own advocate, valuer or chartered accountant.
How we earn
A preliminary assessment carries no fee. Where an engagement proceeds, we are paid a success-linked advisory fee agreed in writing before work starts, and set out in the engagement letter. If any fee is payable by a development partner rather than by you, it is disclosed to you in writing before you meet that partner.
Who we work with
We distinguish between formal partnerships (a signed agreement), developer introductions (no agreement, no fee-sharing unless disclosed), referral relationships (a fee is involved and will be named), and independent recommendations (no relationship at all). We never describe a past interaction as a partnership.
Regulatory position
RERA registration attaches to a project and its promoter, not to an advisory platform. We hold no company-level RERA registration and do not claim one. Where a project we coordinate is registrable, the promoter registers it, and you can verify that project's number directly on the Tamil Nadu RERA portal.
What we don't promise
Anyone who promises these things is selling, not advising.
No guaranteed returns.
No guaranteed approvals or planning outcomes.
No guaranteed developer selection or partner interest.
No guaranteed valuation — assessments are preliminary and indicative.
No guaranteed completion date.
Preliminary assessments are based on the information available at the time and are not a substitute for legal, planning, valuation, tax, engineering or financial advice. Every transaction is different; final terms should be reviewed by qualified professionals before execution.
